Oct. 10, 1966 - A Rehearsal of a medieval jousting tournament for next week's battle of Hastings celebrations : A full dress rehearsal of a medieval jointing tournament which takes place next week to commemorate the 900th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings, was held today at Eridge Park, East Sussex, the home of the Marquess of Abergavenny. The actual pageant presented by the Bexhill round table, in aid of Sussex charities, will take place on part of the original 1066 battlefield outside Hastings. photo shows who is the mystery lady disguised as a knight - none other than Lady Anne Nevil, a friend of princess Margaret who will appear in the pageant
