: Replacement head of King Ludwig II of Bavaria

Replacement head of King Ludwig II of Bavaria

Sep. 20, 1958 - The head of the king made of sheet-iron: The member of the King-Ludwig- youth club in Munich put a sheet-iron head which is 4 millimeters thick and weighs more than half a hundredweight at the place where the monument of Ludwig the II. was destroyed 14 years ago at the Cornelius-bridge. By this they intended to protest that Munich did not put a new King Ludwig monument for the 800-years festival, which is now finished. That proves that even the Bavarian youth is still admiring the Bavarian King Ludwig II
