Dec. 16 Peron May be Back in Argentina at Any Time - All legal charges against the ex dictator (now called Ex- President General Peron') were officially dropped, and the Government of General Lanusse recognised the Peronists as the strongest political party, and their right to name Peron as their candidate for the 1973 presidential elections. Peron's representative Elias Lapag has arrived from Madrid, and is now discussing strategy with Peronist leaders in Buenos Aires. He expressed ardent desire to advance the election date for 1972
