The Queen was accompanied by PRINOE PHILIP and KING FAISAL of Saudi Arabia. PHOTO SHOWS: Gunner Raymond Charlesworth, supposed to leap lightly from his horses, found it travelling too fast, slipped and did an unscheduled somersault, during yesterday's review in Hyde Park
