Today's reception marks the start of Doctor Zhivago Week - a week climaxed by the Royal Charity Premiere with Princess Margaret and her husband Lord Snowdon on Tuesday evening, April 26th. It will be in aid of the English-speaking Union Educational Trust Fund.
