Jun. 06, 1974 - Robert Kennedy JNR takes on a new role as narrator in television series about African Wild Life : Robert F.Kennedy Jnr, 20-year-old son of the late U.S. Attorney-General, is discovering for himself a new role; as narrator and participant in a new television series The Last Frontier which is about African wild-life and ecology problems currently being faced in Kenya, widely regarded as one of the world's most environment-conscious nations. Bobby's enthusiasm for the project comes as no surprise to his friends, among whom he is known as a keen wildlife student and conservation activist. In one small field he is something of an expert; he has for many years been a devoted falconer and had considerable experience in training predatory birds is this ancient sport.
