Robot maths lessons, France Hill School, Camberley, Surrey

Sep. 09, 1965 - Push Button maths, pupils sum up a Robot: Push button Maths came to the France Hill Secondary Modern School, Camberley, Surrey, yesterday with the introduction of Automatic Teaching'. A number of what looked like push button TV sets are fitted in alcoves around the classrooms and lessons, both questions and answers, are fed into the machine in roll film form and projected onto a screen and viewed by the pupils. Photo shows Pupils taking their lessons with the aid of the Automatic Teacher'. Looking on is Mr.Kenneth Grey, one of the masters at the school who takes these classes
