Nov. 11, 1959 - The 5-stage research stroke named Strongarm II at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration station, wallops island, a few hours before the scheduled launch is placed for 11pm today, 18 November by the USA in cooperation with NASA. The vehicle consists of an army honest john rocket, two army Nike-Ajax boosters, modified recruit and a called down army sergeant.
