1978 - Roman Street On The Bundesgartenschau Bonn 1979 (April 27th Until 21st): Many ways lead to the Bundesgartenschau Bonn 1979- also the Roman Street! 26 castings from gravestones and altars reminds the visitors in the Rheinauenpark at the Roman legionary camp Bonna'. The Romans buried their dead beside the streets connecting their camps. Some of the gravestones show sculptures of the dead, the inscriptions point to the names, ages and the professions of the Romans. The via romana was given from the landscape-association to the Bundesgartenschau 1979
