Feb. 26 The Luton Ladies Turn On The Football Field: The girls of Luton never to go to w3atch their boy friends play football on a Sunday afternoon - they are far too busy - football themselves, For 17 girls from London Telephone Exchange have formed their own soccer team, called the Daytels, as yet all work on the day shift at the exchange. In fact so keen have these girls become that they have not stopped at forming their own team - they have encouraged other local girls to form atoms, so that their is Lueon Ladies Leagues Comprising women teams. The Baytels are dedicated, and train once a week, under the leadership of trainer Paul Bridge, the only m, en concerned with the league, Matches takes place on Sunday afternoon, and so far the Day tols, have been the most successful team with the highly-scored at 8-0, 7-0 and 5-1.
