Dec. 4, 1957 - London, England, U.K. - The runaway lovers, nineteen year old TESSA KENNEDY, born December 6, 1938, daughter of consultant engineer Geoffrey Kennedy and twenty six year old DOMINICK ELWES, son of Simon Elwes the portrait painter, were ordered by Mr. Justice Roxburgh in the High Court to return to London and part. They went to Scotland and said they intended to marry. The court said they must not marry
