Aug. 08, 1953 - British war - veterans visiting the Soviet monument in Berlin.: In their old historical uniforms which may only be worn by desing soldiers British war veterans visited the large red army monument in Treptow Park in the East sector of Berlin. With them were two yo soldiers of British army units stationed in Berlin. The uniforms will the red tunics are of the time of the Crimean war from 1853 to 1856. When England, France, Austria and Sardinia were fighting Russia because of its invasion in the Turkish Principalities on River Danube. Some the red tunics might therefore be well-known to the Russians
