Jan. 01, 1954 - FOUR POWER MEETING - ADVANCE TALKS IN BERLIN A meeting between three Western Commandants and Mr. SERGI DENGIN, representative of the Soviet High Commission took place at British headquarters in Berlin today. The Russians accepted the invitation issued yesterday by General Coleman, British Commandant. Purpose of the meeting is to make arrangements for the conference of the four Foreign Ministers duo to start in Berlin on Jan.25th. The.main point to be settled is the choice of a building for the conference.
