Jan. 07, 1954 - 7-1-54 Four Power Meeting Advance talks in Berlin today. A meeting between the three Western Commandants and Mr. Dengin, representative of the Soviet High Commission, took place at British Headquarters in Berlin today. The Russians accepted the invitation issued yesterday by Gen. Coleman, British Commandant. Purpose of the meeting is to make arrangements for the conference of the four Foreign Ministers due to start in Berlin on Jan. 25th.
