1958 - German - Soviet treaty of commerce signed At April 8, 1958 the German - Soviet treaty of commerce and economy has been signed in the Spiridonovka-palace. That has been the successful termination of the negotiations of the special - ambassador Lahr. Because of this treaty several German people will be able to leave the USSR.
