Jul. 07, 1957 - Soviet Leaders Arrive In Czecho-Slovakia. Khruschev And Bulganin At Cerna: The Soviet leaders Mr. Khruschev and Marshal Bulganin - arrived at Cerna, Czechoslovakia yesterday - for start of their official visit. They received a great welcome from the Czech Communist leaders. Mr. Khruschev told the crowd that welcomed him how he had rounded up the Kremlin's Black Sheep'.
