Feb. 29 Soviet Ambassador to the East German Democratic Republic relieved from his office. Vladimir Semjonow, the political adviser to General Tschuikow, Chief of the Soviet Control Council for Germany, was relieved from his office. He will be replaced by Fjedorov Judin, a member of the central committee of the Soviet Union. Political circles in Berlin assume a change in Soviet politics.
