Aug. 08, 1963 - U.N. Secretary-General U Thant Arrives In Moscow To Attend Signing of Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty: United Nations Secretary General U Thant arrived here today, to attend the ceremony at which the nuclear teat-ban Treaty is to be signed by the representatives of the USSR, the United Kingdom and United States.
