May 05, 1966 - Mr. Mali in Nairobi.: Mr. Jacob Malik, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, arrived in Nairobi on Friday, and was received at state House by President Kenyatta. A short statement issued after the meeting said that the President and Mr. Malik discussed matters of mutual concern on Kenya-Soviet relations in a frank and cordial atmosphere'.
