KOSYGIN, who is on an eight-day visit to this country, pictured shaking hands with some of the workers gathered outside the building, when he toured the Elliott Automation factory at Borehasrwced - Harts, yesterday. After the tour of the factory, instead of getting into an official ear, Mr. Kosygin went over to the crowd and started shaking
