Jun. 06, 1968 - BRITAIN EXPELS SOVIET SPIES AFTER SCUFFLE WITH TWO CID OFFICERS Two Russian spy suspects have been compelled to leave Britain after being involved in fight with detectives who had been shadowing them in London. The Russian, supposedly members of a trade delegation, were trailed by Detectives in Barnard Road, Clapham Junction, where the Ministry of Defence has a garage housing a fleet of radio cars and a high-powered radio equipment. The Russians had been observed in the same area on five separate days before their arrest on May 15th. The two Russians, Yuri Dushkin and Vladimir Loginov were found to have a James Bond-type espionage equipment.
