Russian National Circus to appear in Munich

1978 - The Russian National Circus in Munich To one of the best circus-programmes of the world the inhabitants of Munich can look forward. From April 12th to 23rd, the Russian National Circus stars in the Olympic Hall. What the Soviet Union sends on tour to the West, is the best, and so the audience can look forward to the first-class performances of 80 artistes and their 100 animals. One of the chief attractions in the act on the high wire Prometheus of the group Pissarenkowa/Wolshanskij (our picture), which is staged like a theatre-performance with ballet, music, text and bizarre light effects.
