Jun. 06, 1955 - The revolt of 20 July 1944 now in film: The German film cooperation CCC is producing a story about the revolt of the officers against Hitler on July 20th, 1944. Photo shows a scene of the film. After the attempted assassination of Hitler, Graf Stauffenberg is imprisoned in the OKW (army HQ) after some gun-shooting. The actor playing Stauffenberg is Wolfgang Priess. The director of the film, Falk Harnack, was also a member of a resistance group (Brother and sister Scholl in Munich). In 1944 he flew out of the country, being now director of the CCC since three years
