Apr. 16 US film team produces The Meeting at Potsdam in Hamburg : A documentary television film about the conference at Potsdam is presently being made by an US film team in Hamburg. The Meeting at Potsdam is directed by George Schaefer, the script was written by Sidney Carroll from the book of Charles L.Nee Jr. It tells of these fateful hours for the Germany as the war was definitely being ended in Potsdam in July 1945 where the head of states Truman, Churchill and Stalin agreed upon the new borders within Europe. Photo shows A scene from The Meeting at Potsdam with Anthony Eden (1st from left - Dennis Eurgess), Winston Churchill (2nd from left - John Houseman) and Clement Attlee (4th from left, partly hidden by the photographer - Kenneth Walter) for Great Britain and, from right below: Josef Stalin (Jose Ferrer), foreign minister W.Molotov (Alexander Bottcher) and Andro Wischinsky (Friedrich Risse).
