Sep. 09, 1958 - Soustelle has a Narrow Escape: Jacques Soustelle, De Gaulle's Minister of Information, has a narrow escape this morning as a volley of bullets fired by North African Terrorists struck his car. By Sheer Luck none of the bullets hit M. Soustelle who is only suffering from slight Burns on the forehead. Photo shows Soustelle's car on the spot where the outrage was committed near the Arc De Triomphe this morning
