Scotland Yard police on visit to New York, USA

Sep. 09, 1953 - Scotland Yard Men In New York To Study Vice Problems. Commander Ernest A. Cole of Scotland Yard, and Mr Philip Allen of the British Home Office are visiting New York and other US cities to study how the American police and the Courts handle vice problems, especially prostitution.
