Boosting Labour In Paper: Over here on a flying visit to Paris, Charles Tullio of New York famous for his sculpture fashioned out of newspapers. Like a lot of other people he has been caught up in Britain's election fever, and our photographer when he called on the artist found him just completing a head of the Prime Minster Harold Wilson. In order to do this the artist turned his suite at the Dorchester Hotel into a makeshift studio. Apart from sculpting in paper and clay Tullio is also an accomplished painter.
