Siegfried Charoux's figure of a cellist which was offered to the LCC by an anonymous donor - provided a suitable site is found for it - has been placed on the lawn below the Royal Festival Hall Terrace. Keystone Photo Shows: The famous Shot Tower - stands majestically over the figure of the cellist - as it is inspected by Mr. I.J. Hayward, Chairman of the South Bank Committee and LCC leader - (right) and sculpture by Siegfried Charoux this morning
