Nov. 12, 1949 - Paris, France - The Foreign Ministers of Britain, France and the United States, REGINALD BEVINS, DEAN ACHESON and Mr. Schuman, reached a final agreement on a new and more liberal policy towards the West German Federal Republic. Concessions are to be made to Germany including a revision of the dismantling programme in return for guarantees of good faith by the Bonn Government. The picture shows (L-R) Mr. JOHN J.
