The Ship Inn, reputed home of Nell Gwynn
Feb. 29 Between St. Albans Street, High Street and Castle Hill is the famous old Inn. It faces the King's Head Inn and the house in which Nell Gwynn was reputed to have lived until 1680. Later she moved to a house east of St. Albans Street which takes its from her son by king charles il who was created Duke of St. Albans
