Jul. 13, 1964 - 13-7-64 President Nkrumah lunches with the Prime Minister after a mix-up over weekend invitations Ghana President Nkrumah the one missing guest from the Commonwealth leaders weekend house party at Chequers accepted a special invitation to lunch with Sir Alec Douglas home at No. 10 Downing Street today. The Prime Minister had acted quickly to prevent a mix-up over a Chequers invitation when President Nkrumah did not turn up from developing into a diplomatic incident.
