Sep. 09, 1971 - Team Named For Ulster Inquiry: The Home Secretary Mr. Maudling, last night announced that Sir Edmund Compton, the Northern Ireland Ombudsman is to be chairman of the committee of inquiry into allegations of brutality by the Army in the recent internment operation in Ulster.
