Mar. 03, 1969 - Sir Louis Gluckstein Opens New ILEA School. Almost in the last month of his term of office as Chairman of the Greater London Council, Sir Louis Gluckstein today formally opened the Inner London Education Authority's new Pilgrim Way Primary School, Camberwell. Pilgrim's Way School is in the heart of the GLC's Tustin Street housing development and is expected to build up very quickly, as the new flats and houses are occupied, from its present roll of 120 children
