Sir Richard Gale opens NATO mobile exhibition, London

May 05, 1958 - NATO mobile exhibition opened by Sir Richard Gale, the successor to Field Marshal Montgomery, as Deputy Supreme Commander Allied Forces Europe, today opened the NATO Mobile Exhibition on Horse Guards Parade, London. The Exhibition is designed to give the British public a wider understanding of the work and aims of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation. The two large trailers and mobile cinema will visit 20 towns in England and Scotland.
