Slum bathroom

Mar. 22 Question In Commons Of Families Who Live In Fear'. There were a number of heated exchanges in the House of Commons yesterday - when questions were asked in alum properties - owned by the Rachman companies and that they were being subject to threats and intimidation - designed - they say - to make them quit - so that the property can be let to higher paying tenants. It was said that even though Rachman - friend of Mandy Rice -Davies - had died last year his properties where still being exploited by companies etc. Photo Shows:- The decrepit bathroom of No.13. St. Stephens Gardens, Paddington - which is said to be typical of some of the expiated ;Rachmand properties about which questions were asked in Parliament
