Jul. 07, 1966 - VC Gurkha's Son Arrives to Join his Father: The 5 year old son Bhakta Bahadur Limbu who arrived at the RAF Lyncham Station, Wilts yesterday after flying over 8, 000 miles from Singapore to see his father Lance-Corporal Bambahadur Limbu, who will received the VC from the Queen on Tuesday for action in Sarawak. Bhakta, who lost his mother six months ago was accompanied by a major from his father regiment the 10th Princess Mary own Gurkha Rifles. This morning Bhakta re-joined his father at the Regents Park Barracks.
