Soviet Chief of Secret Police takes over

May 18, 1967; Moscow, Russia; Reports from Moscow, annunce important changes in the Soviet Secret Police. Vladimir Seichastny, the former Chief, has been replaced by YURI ANDROPOV. The changes, it is thought, have something to do with the escape from Russia of Stalin's daughter, Svetlana Alleluyeva.
