Oct. 10, 1958 - St. Clement Danes Church Of The R.A.F - Ready For Re-Dedication ceremony: The newly reconstructed church of St. Clement Danes, in the Strand - the church of the Royal Air Force - is now almost ready for the re-dedication ceremony - which is being held on Oct. 19th. in the presence of H.M. The Queen. the restoration cost about250, 000. The original Church a Wren masterpiece, built in 1681 - was ruined by enemy action on the night of May 10th 1941. Photo Shows: Mr W.A.S.
