Jul. 05, 1967 - The Miss Whitehall, 1967 Contest: 17-year-old Stephanie Turner, of the Army Department, Stanmore, was today chosen as Miss Whitehall, 1967, from 20 Finalists from the Ministry of Defence, the General Post Office, the Ministry of Public Buildings and Works, and the Lord Chancellor's Office, at the Duke of York's Headquarters, Chelsea.
