Feb. 29 Water Baby Champion Of Sydney Three Year Old Surf Board Expert; Tiny tots who visit Sydney's beaches have a new pin-up boy in golden haired - sun tanned surfboard rider three year old Storm Carter. He is the on of former junior surf champion Johan Carter the beach inspector at Palm Beach. Storm spend his days sun baking and swimming or board riding at Palm Beach - and at weekends returns to Bondi where wearing the briefest of bikinis - he demonstrates his powers on his own 4ft. surf-board, which was specially build fro him and which is the smallest in Australia. Waiting for a signal from his father he cracks a wave - stands up and rides tin to the beach - and he loves the onlookers
