Jan. 17, 1971 - Students In Protest Demonstration Against The Decision To Expel West German Student Rudi Dutschke: A giant demonstration organised by the Students Union at Cambridge University as a protest against the Home Office's decision to expel West German left-wing student leader, Rudi Dutschke. The demonstrators marched in London from Speaker's Corner in Hyde Park to Trafalgar Square where they held a mass meeting.
