Aug. 08, 1953 - This new swimming device - which was invented by a Munich citizen is meant to give swimmers and non-swimmers an agreeable stay in the water during hot days. The metal-swimmers keep the device floating and by means of a treading device you may easily move within the water. The whole thing can be folded and transported like a folding boat
