Blonde cabaret singer Tania Velia former Olympic swimming star and Miss Yugoslavia was to be seen in London yesterday - preparing for her singing debut at the society restaurant in Jermayne street. Tani's made history when she went to Melbourne as a member of the Yugoslavian Olympic game as swimming team. After the games she defected to the west - and was granted political asylum in Australia.
