Sylvanus Rupert Gore Edwards in Buenos Aires

Nov. 11, 1971 - He says He's the Prince of Wales: Sylvanus Rupert Gore Edwards was born 72 years ago in Wales, and lives in Argentina, where he teaches the English language in Buenos Aires. He owns, from his father documents which testify in accordance with their genealogical tree that Sylvanus Rupert Gore Edwards is the direct descendant of Rhodru the Great King of Wales. Sylvanus sent some time ago all his documents to the Honourable Society of Cimmrodorian in London and the society wrote thanking him for sending the valuable documents for the file of our society'. And Sylvanus explains that he only wanted to call the attention of the British Government to his existence and wanted his genealogic tree to be recognised. In any case I never want to dispute the title of Prince of Wales to the actual Prince. (Rodhru was born in 810 and governed from 884 to 877. His father was Yowert Drwyndwn. The last prince of the branch of the Yowerts was Lewelyn. Lewelyn was born in 1176 and was killed in 1240 by soldiers of King Edward I when the latter attacked Wales.
