Jun. 19, 1973 - Nikki Pilic the Yugoslav Tennis Player appeals against his suspension in the High Court: Nikki Pilic, the Yugoslav tennis player, was attending the High Court yesterday for the hearing of his appeal against his suspension. Pilic is seeking an interim injunction preventing the International Tennis Federation and the All-England Lawn Tennis club from enforcing the suspension. He was banned from playing for failing to appear for a Davis Cup match, but Pilic claims that he was not committed to play in that match.
