Jul. 11, 1959 - Today at the Treasury Department an agreement was signed between France and the Federation of Mali regarding financial relations between the two countries.Thian Doudou signed the agreement for Mali and Mr. Pinay, Minister of Finances and Economic Affairs, signed the agreement for France in the presence of Valery Giscard D'Estaing, Secretary of the Treasury in Senegal.
