Jan. 01, 1968 - Happy prize - winners of the Golden Bambi.... are Elizabeth Taylor an Richard Burton. They were given the Bambi for the first time, in the studios of the German TV in Munich they received at a splendid show the respect for the best theatrical effort. Together with the two stars from America the Golden Bambi (the European Oscar') received Senta Berger (as the favourest star of Germany), Heiz Ruhmann, Sophia Loren and Rock Hudson. Sophia Loren and Rock Hudson didn't appear and therefore they couldn't receive their respects personally. Our picture shows: The well known German Actor Thomas Fritsch and Marie Versini
