Nov. 11, 1962 - Mr. Galbraith Leaves Westminster Home: Mr. Thomas Galbraith, Under-Secretary of State for Scotland, was named by the Government Committee investigating the Vassall spy case in an interim report to Mr. Macmillan yesterday. Letters written by Mr. Galbraith when he was Civil Lord of the Admiralty to the spy Vassall were published. Photo shows Mr. Galbraith in a taxi in which he was driven from his home in Cowley Street, Westminster, this morning
