Over 150 Tibetans from Kalimpong and Darjeeling districts led by Mr. Silum Lukhangwa Tsewongouten, a former Prime Minister of Tibet are in New Delhi to present a memorandum to Mr. Nehru asking him to use his influence in the present crisis in Tibet.
