Tokyo and Innsbruck chosen for Olympic games
May 05, 1959 - Tokyo and Innsbruck have been elected the places for Olympic games 1964.: On 26 May, the members of the Olympic committee have elected out of hard competition, Tokyo as the place for Olympic summer games and Innsbruck as the place for the Olympic winter games.
